Refund and Returns Policy

At ArtsFlower, we understand that artwork is a personal choice. We want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. To ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy with clear terms tailored specifically for hand-painted and canvas art products.


Return & Refund Timeframe

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • A handling and restocking fee of 30,000 VND applies to all return requests unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.


Eligible Return Cases

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Artwork Delivered
    The product does not match the image, description, or design ordered (e.g., different size, color tone, or print type).

  2. Damaged During Transit
    The artwork arrives damaged (scratches, tears, dents, broken frame, stains). You must notify us immediately upon delivery and provide photographic evidence before signing off.

  3. Production Defects
    For hand-painted works: Visible flaws or incomplete artwork due to production error.
    For canvas prints: Blurred printing, incorrect cropping, or canvas detachment from the frame.

  4. Mismatched Custom Orders
    If you ordered a custom-made piece and the result differs significantly from the approved concept or mockup.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind
    Requests made simply because you no longer want the artwork or prefer another style/size after delivery.

  2. User Damage
    Damage caused by the customer (e.g., tearing the canvas, water damage, dirty or scratched surface, exposure to direct heat or sunlight).

  3. Signed Acceptance with No Remarks
    If the customer signs off on delivery without noting any issue or defect at that time.

  4. Custom Art Orders
    Fully customized paintings or commissioned artworks that meet the agreed specifications are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us First
    Reach out via hotline 0818076344 or email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Provide your order number, issue details, and supporting images if applicable.

  2. Review & Confirmation
    Our team will assess your request and notify you if the return is approved.

  3. Return the Product
    Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund (minus the 30,000 VND return fee, if applicable).


Notes

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, bank transfer will be used for refunds.
